Active Life: Outdoor Challenge

Active Life: Outdoor Challenge (known as Family Trainer in Japan and Europe) is a remaster of the Wii fitness video game of the same name released for the Nintendo Switch. It was first released on December 17, 2020 in Japan before being localized elsewhere in September 2021.

Mii usage / differences

Mii characters can still be used as optional playable characters in this remake. Their outfits will change depending on their favorite color and players are able to select from two body proportions (adult and child). Unlike the Wii version, outfits are now unisex and players can select any gender's clothing. With the addition of challenge badges you can earn, Miis are able to wear bronze/silver/gold medals when enough badges are collected. Their cel shading effect is also rendered much more thicker.

Miis' physiques will still differ depending on playtime just like the original game. If a player plays for several days in a row, their Mii will appear buff. When not playing for several days in a row, their Mii will appear fat. This effect can now be reversed by using the Change Style menu and selecting a new outfit for your Mii.
