And-Kensaku

And-Kensaku is a party video game first released for the Wii only in Japan on April 29, 2010. The title was developed by both Nintendo and Shift as a direct collaboration with Google Japan. It is a minigame collection revolving around the search engine's terms and their statistics.

Mii usage

And-Kensaku is designed as a game show, with 'contestants' and the audience represented by 2D icons of Mii characters stored on the system or within the game itself. Before each mode, the player is prompted to select a Mii to represent themselves during gameplay. Miis stored on a Wii Remote can also be selected.

Instead of using Nintendo's six default Guest Miis included in the Face Library, the game uses fifty preset Miis that can be selected and seen in the background of gameplay. And-Kensaku also has an optional speech synthesizer feature that provides commentary during minigames and can pronounce the players' Mii names.
