Mii characters are used as save file/multiplayer icons, and can be chosen as a character in the game's play field by going into options. Miis wear medical outfits (male Miis will wear pants while female Miis will wear skirts) and their shirt/bottoms will change depending on their favorite color. Randomly generated Miis will also be used as CPU opponents in the versus and flash modes.
Miis are the main characters represented in the Virus Buster side mode where groups of them can be seen running into viruses. Selecting any Mii with the Wii Remote pointer during gameplay will bring up a speech bubble and a random phrase which can differ depending on the player's performance.
Guest Miis can be selected and use the name "Dr.Mii" for all six.
